Pippa + Josh, September 2022, Thief Hall, North Yorkshire

Pippa’s colour palette was super pretty – shades of mauve and hints of blush with lots of texture and a pop of dark pink for depth. With the wedding being at the beginning of September there was plenty of lovely late summer blooms to choose from, including varieties from my local grower for those extra special stems that bounce as you carry your bouquet.

I used large headed scented garden roses and lush stocks, feathery astilbe, locally grown cosmos, dahlia and fabulous caramel phlox. Pippa’s bouquet was finished with a beautiful flowing silk ribbon that contrasted perfectly against her dress. The bridesmaids were smaller versions of her bouquet and I made wands for the flower girls.

Other pieces included meadow aisles that were repurposed in front of the top table after the ceremony and footed bowls that were used each side of the outdoor ceremony space. Jam jars full of matching flowers were added to each guest table.

“Thank you so much for all the beautiful flowers and also a big thank you to any ladies that helped you. Thank you for all your help and support along the way and messages it really appreciated. You are truly talented and the flowers were honestly beautiful and perfect for our wedding day” Pippa & Josh
